How do Returns Work?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an ORÉYA digital gift card. Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after your returned items are received and inspected.

To receive your store credit faster, we recommend using the following steps:

• Each order must be returned in a separate package or clearly labeled with its order number
• Items must be unworn, undamaged with original packaging
• Items reported as damaged, defective, or incorrect must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Keep your return tracking number or proof of postage

ORÉYA is not responsible for return packages lost or stolen in transit.
