And because we believe in the quality of our craftsmanship, every ORÉYA product is protected by a one-year warranty. Below you’ll find our best care tips and everything you need to know about our jewelry warranty.

Most ORÉYA pieces are crafted from genuine S925 sterling silver, often complemented with hand-applied enamel, cubic zirconia stones, and delicate detailing. Some designs may include additional high-quality metal components for structure or color accents. Because S925 silver is a precious metal, it deserves gentle, everyday care.

To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend:

  • Put your jewelry on last, after perfume, lotions, hairspray, or makeup.
  • Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
  • Store your pieces in a soft pouch or jewelry box, away from direct sunlight and humidity.
  • Wipe your jewelry gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing to remove skin oils and residue.
  • Avoid contact with harsh chemicals such as cleaning products, hand sanitizer, chlorine, or perfumes.

Following these steps helps protect the plating, enamel, and stones so your ORÉYA pieces stay as magical as the day you received them.

To keep your ORÉYA pieces looking bright and beautiful, we recommend the following gentle cleaning methods:

  • Warm water & mild soap: Mix a small amount of mild soap with lukewarm water and gently clean the jewelry using a soft, small toothbrush. This is especially effective for intricate designs or hard-to-reach areas.
  • Soaking: If dirt is difficult to remove, you may soak the jewelry in clean water for a short period. Important: Do not use this soaking method for freshwater cultured pearls.
  • Silver polishing cloth: A soft silver-polishing cloth is excellent for restoring shine if your jewelry becomes dull. Please note that it will not remove scratches — but it will greatly refresh the surface.
  • Everyday cleaning: For regular upkeep, simply wipe your jewelry with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth after wearing it.
  • Spot cleaning: Stains or buildup should be cleaned immediately using a gentle, chemical-free leather or mild soap cleaner (like soap flakes or saddle soap). Lather the soap in water, apply only the foam to a soft cloth, and gently wipe the jewelry. After cleaning, dry thoroughly with a soft cloth and avoid exposing the jewelry to direct sunlight.

ORÉYA jewelry is made for regular wear, but it is still considered delicate fashion jewelry, not solid gold or fine heirloom pieces.

  • Shower & baths: We do not recommend wearing your jewelry in the shower or bath. Soap, shampoo, and hot water can dull plating and stones over time.
  • Swimming & spa: Please remove your jewelry before swimming in pools, the sea, or hot tubs. Chlorine and saltwater can damage plating and cause discoloration.
  • Sleeping & sports: For best longevity, remove your jewelry before sleeping or intense physical activity to avoid accidental pulls, bends, or breaks.

Water and constant friction are the two biggest enemies of plated and enamel jewelry. Treat your pieces gently, and they’ll keep their shine much longer.

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. ORÉYA offers a 365-day limited warranty from the date of delivery for genuine manufacturing defects, such as:

  • Broken clasps or closures upon arrival.
  • Charms arriving cracked, bent, or structurally damaged.
  • Stones missing or falling out shortly after delivery (within normal wear).
  • Severe discoloration on arrival that is not related to contact with water or chemicals.

If your piece qualifies under our warranty, we may offer a replacement of the same item, a similar item if the original is out of stock, or store credit at our discretion.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Discoloration or fading from water, sweat, perfumes, cosmetics, or cleaning products.
  • Scratches, dents, or chips from impact, dropping, or bending the jewelry.
  • Damage due to modifications or repairs by a third party.
  • Lost items or pieces that have been dropped, misplaced, or stolen.
  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.

To keep your warranty valid, please follow our care instructions and avoid exposing your jewelry to conditions that can damage plating, enamel, or stones.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, please contact us within 365 days of delivery so we can help you as quickly as possible.
