How do Returns Work?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an ORÉYA digital gift card. Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after your returned items are received and inspected.
To receive your store credit faster, we recommend using the following steps:
- Each order must be returned in a separate package or clearly labeled with its order number
- Items must be unworn, undamaged with original packaging
- Items reported as damaged, defective, or incorrect must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Keep your return tracking number or proof of postage
ORÉYA is not responsible for return packages lost or stolen in transit.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide a return shipping label. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping on their own.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
However, you're welcome to return eligible items for store credit and place a new order for the desired product.
We reserve the right to delay refunds if items are not received or fraud is suspected.
We may refuse returns if we detect:
- Excessive or suspicious return activity
- Returned items that are worn, damaged, altered, or missing
- Fraudulent or criminal behavior
- Keep your return tracking number or proof of postage
Non-ORÉYA items sent to our return center will be discarded and not returned.
