How do Refunds Work?

At ORÉYA, we want your experience to be as seamless and satisfying as possible. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used at checkout in the following cases:

  • Your order was canceled by ORÉYA
  • One or more items were out of stock after your order was placed
  • Item(s) proved to be arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Refunds are typically processed within 2–5 business days on our end. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.

If you paid with an ORÉYA Gift Card, the refunded amount will be reapplied to your gift card immediately. You’ll be able to use the balance again right away.

Nope! ORÉYA Gift Cards never expire and can be used just like cash on our store.

One or more of the items in your order may have sold out after purchase. You were refunded for those specific items.

The refund will first go back to your gift card. Any remaining amount will then be returned to your secondary payment method.
