I Have a Problem with my Return
All eligible returns are refunded via an ORÉYA digital gift card, which can be used on any future purchase.
Due to the nature of our limited-editions, fast-moving inventory, we do not offer refunds to your original form of payment on returns.
To ensure fast and accurate processing, please follow the steps through our Return Policy before sending anything back.
Returns sent without completing these steps may experience delays and risk incorrect crediting.
- Check your Spam, Promotions, or Junk folders.
- Still can’t find it? If you no longer have access to your email, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- Your billing address

We kindly ask that each order be returned in a separate package moving forward.
When multiple orders are grouped in one return, our team must manually match each item, which may lead to significant delays or errors in crediting.
If any item was missed during processing, just reach out to us with:
- The order number
- The name of the missing item
We'll make it right.
Our returns team carefully inspects all items for:
- Stains or damage
- Missing tags or packaging
If an item is deemed unsellable, a 50% restocking fee may be applied and deducted from your return credit.
All discounts (including BOGO: Buy One Get One) are evenly prorated across the items in your order. Here's how it works:
Let’s say you bought 2 items during a BOGO sale:
- Item A: $15. Item B: $10.
- You received $10 off your total, which we distribute proportionally.
- You paid $9 for Item A. You paid $6 for Item B.
- If you return Item A, you’ll receive $9 in credit. If you return Item B, you’ll receive $6 in credit.
Don’t worry — we handle the math, and your credit will always reflect the actual amount paid for the returned item.
