My Order Delivery Failed
If your order is returned to sender or refused upon delivery, it will be restocked and refunded via store credit in the form of an ORÉYA digital gift card, minus the original shipping cost.
Orders may be returned to us for the following reasons:
- The shipping address was invalid or missing required details
- The carrier was unable to complete delivery
- The customer refused the package at the time of delivery
We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, missing apartment or unit numbers, or improper formatting and delivery instructions submitted at checkout.
To maintain our fast processing times, we are unable to make changes to an order more than 6 hours after it has been placed.
Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate, including:
- Street number & name
- Apartment or suite number (if applicable)
- City, state, postal code
- Any necessary delivery notes
